We’re pleased to announce the addition of the Yamaha CL1 console to our rental inventory.
Built on the Dante Network Audio Protocol, the Yamaha CL1 / Rio Stage Rack system provides a compact, powerful, and easy-to-use console and snake over a redundant CAT5 or fiber-optic connection.
Yamaha’s most technologically advanced console to date, the CL1 shares the familiar Centralogic interface with the M7CL, making it easy for engineers to step up to the new system. It features an 64-channel mix engine (48 mono and 8 stereo inputs) and premium Neve signal processors. The CL1 provides the same pristine audio quality and powerful feature set as its big brother, the CL5, but in a smaller footprint.
The CL1 connects over CAT5 or fiber to our Yamaha Rio3224-D and Rio1608-D stage boxes. Other Dante enabled devices, such as our Shure ULX-D 4-channel digital wireless receivers and multi-track DAWs, can easily access the Dante network as well, maintaining a fully digital signal path throughout the audio system. These devices can easily be patched directly from the CL1 touch-screen, or from a Mac or PC.
Utilizing Yamaha’s Gain Compensation function, our CL1 and CL5 can share the same stage racks and perform FOH and Monitor duties without the headache of analog audio splitters.
